What if they damage or something went wrong with my TV during or after servicing?
Our professional service providers have expert and skilled mechanics. If anything goes wrong after availing this service through SATORUPA.COM. A tri-party investigation will be launched (which will involve SATORUPA.COM, service provider and the customer). After completion of a transparent investigation. Detection and rectification of the issue will be made. However, your complaint for any pre-damaged problems will not be considered.
Will the installer show me how the TV works?

How long will it take for my television to be installed?
Homes and requirements for each installation are different, your installer will be able to advise you on the day.
Do you give materials or parts warranty?
No. We do not manufacture TV parts by ourselves. So, the warranty differs as per manufacturer. However, we give you 7 days of free service warranty.
Can buy TV materials/parts by myself and ask technician to use them?
Certainly, you can buy necessary and required materials/parts by yourself. But any operational dysfunctionality won’t be held responsible by our service providers and SATORUPA.COM itself.
Will my TV be taken from home for servicing?
Most of the time TV is taken away from home for servicing because of the complexity of the work scope and requires time for repairing.
Do I have to pay any charge if I don’t take any service?
No, you don’t have to pay any charge if you don’t take any service.
Do I have to pay advance money before availing your service?
Of course not! After service completion you will receive a text on your mobile phone from SATORUPA.COM then you have to pay through online or cash on delivery.

Night service starts from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Minimum 4 Hours Lead time after service booking.
In excess of BDT 500 will be charged as Emergency Support Service Charge.
If for any reason the customer refuses to take service after order confirmation, only the Emergency Support Service Charge will be applicable.
SATORUPA.COM will not liable for any direct or incidental loss/damage of customer’s property or personal security during availing the service, caused by accident, theft, burglary or any other type of incidental damages.
Customer is singularly responsible for monitoring, using and supervising the activities provided by Service providers.
Pricing & Payment
You only have to pay the service charge including materials/parts cost (if taken). After service completion you have to pay through Cash on Delivery.
Terms & Conditions:
Warranty: SATORUPA.COM gives 7 days of service warranty. However, warranties on consumable materials/parts areas per manufacturer.
Costing: Service charge is fixed but the price will differ if any additional or replacing materials/parts installed.
Diagnosis Charge: Diagnosis Charge of maximum BDT 200 is applicable if the customer decides not to take the service after the service provider has done a diagnosis of the problem.
Safety Measures: Customer will be solely responsible for their personal material and the safety of household resources.
Discharging: After service completion the customer automatically discharge from SATORUPA.COM further for liabilities.
