What products will be used in the service?
Our Experts will use all the necessary products as per your beauty service. All the products will be original and authentic.
What are the services provided by your beauty salon professionals?
SATORUPA‘s professional Beauticians provide Salon services for women such as Waxing, Threading, Detan, Bleach, Facial, Pedicure, Manicure, Hair Salon services (excluding hair cut). But Now only Bridal service is available.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes. You can reschedule after placing your booking 24 hours prior to your service delivery and rescheduling depending upon beauticians availability. But if you cancel the service after the beautician is reached at your doorstep then you just have to pay BDT 200 as a visiting charge.
Do I need to give any special instruction before taking the service?
Yes. We will appreciate that. Not everybody’s skin and hair is the same. It will be better if you describe your skin and hair type before availing the service.
Can I order for someone else?
Absolutely you can. Just give the detailed address while placing your order and notify that person about the beauty service. Otherwise, surprise may lead to unexpected troubles.
What if something goes wrong after availing a service through SATORUPA.COM?
If anything goes wrong after availing beauty service. A tri-party investigation will be launched (which will involve SATORUPA.COM, Service Provider and the Customer). After completion of a transparent investigation. Detection and rectification of the issue will be made.
Pre-Service instruction:
- Customer needs to provide hot water if required
- Customer needs to provide bed/ chair for service execution
- Please keep your valuable things in a safe location
- Service booking: 3 hours prior to service delivery
- Service duration: it varies on service of package
- Service availability: 9 Am to 7 pm
